This hotel was a cozy spot for my 5-night stay. the staff were super friendly, which made the experience even better. Plus, it was only a 5-minute walk from the tube station for Terminals 2 & 3 at Heathrow. 😊.

there were a multi-channel tv, a dining area, and a writing table in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. the location was marvellous, next door to slipstream sculpture.

We liked the hotel, it was nice and had wonderful location very close to the promenade-close to lots of cafes, buses, ferry terminal, beach, restaurants and beach. The venue staff was extremely polite and caring. The room was well-equipped and brand-new, had central heating, a work desk, and TV. Got the view of garden. The stay was absolutely nice.

I had a delightful stay at Elena Hotel. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the location is magnificent, just a stone’s throw from the sea, making it perfect for beach lovers. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of goodies each morning. Plus, it’s conveniently situated near bus stops, the ferry terminal, and a selection of great restaurants. Don’t forget to stop by nearby Ca'puccino for a lovely cup of tea or coffee!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, very close to all the main attractions in the city.

Enjoyed every detail about my really lovely 4 nights stay at Elena Hotel. the hotel's location was amazing and incredible on the promenade of the beach. It was close to the center as well as good restaurants and cafes.

The place was clean, the apartment with sea views was perfect, the staff was caring and attentive, and the location was ideal.

Fantastic location, clean and modern rooms, excellent communication with owner, helpful and kind staff, great shower, comfortable beds.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The location was amazing and I loved that it was next to the promenade and close to all the main attractions in the town. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great. I also appreciated the free parking and the fact that there was a free beach directly opposite the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

This hotel is perfectly located - everything is within reach! You can walk to the city center and the bus station or just cross the street and enjoy the free beach. the rooms are brand-new, clean and have a balcony with great views. the shower is fantastic and everything is replenished daily. You'll appreciate the kind and obliging service offered by the friendly owner. Amenities include air conditioning, fridge, TV and a very comfortable bed.

The internet connection could use some improvement.

The location of the hotel couldn't get any better, as it's close to the beach and local market. The room had a great sea view and was very clean with modern furniture. The hotel also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which was very handy for us.

One major issue we faced was that our room was given away despite mentioning our check-in time. We had to stay in another hotel for a night, which was quite dirty.

I had a lovely stay at a centrally located accommodation in Saranda. The room at Elena Rooms And Apartments was comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and a balcony. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, even carrying our heavy suitcases to the third floor. Although the internet connection was unstable, everything else about our stay was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. I had a fantastic experience at Elena Rooms And Apartments in Saranda.
